Return & Exchange Policy
At Wristonic, we offer a 3-day checking warranty on all our watches. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, you may request an exchange.
Complaint Procedure
All complaints must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with a short video and clear pictures clearly showing the issue. Please send them to wristonicofficial@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 03228707735.
Return & Exchange Request
Return or exchange requests must be made within 2 days of delivery. After approval, the customer must send the product back to our return address within 3–4 days at their own expense.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the product, the refund will be processed within 48 hours to the customer’s provided bank account.
Delivery Charges
A Rs. 250 delivery charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
Product Condition
The product must be returned in its original condition with the box and packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the product is used, damaged, or missing packaging.
Box Safety
Please do not place tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s box.
Warranty Limitations
Watches damaged due to water, drops, or misuse are not covered under warranty.
