Return & Refund Policy

At Wristonic, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
The watch must be unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging.

damaged due to misuse, water exposure, accidents, or normal wear are not eligible for return.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

If the return is due to a change of mind or any reason other than our mistake, the customer will be responsible for all courier/shipping charges. The customer must send the product back using a courier service at their own expense.

If the return is approved, the original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount (unless the return is due to our mistake, such as receiving the wrong or a damaged product).

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was on our side.
